What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a list of any medications you take, details of any medical conditions, and information about previous dental treatment if relevant. If you have dental insurance or a dental plan, please bring those details too. Also, ensure you know your registered medical practice contact details along with your NHS number, even for private patients, as these are required if we need to refer you at any point.
