I had a problem with a crown fitted by Philip 5 years ago. I had pulled the crown off with my over zealous flossing, They found a time slot next day and re-fitted under warranty!

I always have a very positive experience. Everything is explained very clearly and procedures only carried out with an advanced ok on costs. You feel they really do care and your present and future dental health. Lovely people.!

PHENOMENAL DENTISTRY AND EXCEPTIONAL CARE!I had my first appointment with Optimal Dental Care today, after suffering continuous, chronic toothache over the Christmas period. I was at my wits’ end and didn’t know what to do.Optimal Dental Care came highly recommended, and I am so glad I went. I explained my situation to Dr. Barbara Townes, who arranged an urgent appointment. I was treated by Dr. Phillip Townes and received hygiene care from Miss Chloe Williams. All, along with the dental nurses, were absolutely phenomenal. I am extremely grateful!I have never experienced such kindness, professionalism, and thorough care from any dentist before. The service was premium in every way, and I left feeling confident that my dental health was in the best hands. I will always recommend Optimal Dental Care to anyone and everyone. I can’t explain how grateful I am for such perfect treatment from such amazing professionals.

I have been visiting this practice for about 2 years now, having been without a dentist after Covid.I see Seb, and he has been great.I'd never had anything done to my teeth in 73 years, however, I had an extraction earlier this year, and a filling a few weeks ago.I was very apprehensive about it all but Seb talked me through everything I needed to have done, making me feel very relaxed and it all went well.All the staff at this practice are friendly and welcoming.

I generally do not enjoy going to the dentist and to be honest, I never have, but since I have been visiting Barbara and her team, these issues have disappeared. If you’re a nervous patient I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a patient here for many years now. It is a really good professional practice. The staff are very kind, friendly and caring and fully aware of how anxious someone might be when going to the dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend.

Amazing as allways, I registered with Phillip a few years back with massive dental anxiety and over the years it is at an all time low, he really know what a customer needs in all aspect of care and always goes that extra mile to help in any way possible, very informative along with it he allways takes the time to explain everything and it never feels rushed, so glad I found this dentist if you are looking for a dentist this is it! 🙂

Best dental practice. My wife and I have different dentists here and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had two hygienists here as and they were both excellent. Wholly recommend.

Reception staff are lovely, and my usual dentist has done some superb work for me. Hygienist I just saw was very efficient and constructive, and very helpful in showing me how to care for me teeth. You can even hobnob with the family dogs, if you want!!

This dentist surgery is excellent. My dentist is Seb Willey and every procedure I’ve had has been done with care, full explanations of what needs to be done and why, and then carried out without pain or any problems post-op. I highly recommend him and the team at this surgery.

I have been a patient of Townes and Townes for quite a number of years now. Although I live in Cam I find it very convenient going to Stonehouse, mainly because the practice is helpful with booking appointments nothing is too much trouble. The staff are very polite and treat me with great respect, the premises are very clean and comfortable with new chairs upstairs in the waiting area! Thank you for looking after me so well.

Townes & Townes is a lovely little practice in Stonehouse.There is parking opposite and if you are unable to get a space outside there is a large free car park just a short walk up the high street.I have been going here for about 20 years now.Phil and the team are all really friendly and make you feel welcome and put you at ease.I know many people that come here too and say exactly the same.If you are looking for a local, professional, friendly and affordable dentist look no further.

An excellent dental practice that ensures you are well looked after. A dentist who thinks outside of the box to offer the best solutions for your dental issues. The hygenist provides excellent care and advice to maintain good dental health and the receptionist is helpful and welcoming.

The receptionist, Jackie, is friendly and welcoming. She will sort everything for you with care and efficiency. My dentist, Dr Barbara Townes is an angel in disguise, she gives pain free treatment. She is caring, efficient, explains everything and is super talented. I can’t recommend her high enough. She is simply the best. Lovely surgery, lovely people.

I’ve been bringing my children here since they were tiny.It’s a fab practice. Very friendly. All the modern technology. They never rush you and they answer in detail every question you have.Really great place. I wouldn’t take my children anywhere else.
